Eligible candidates who fulfill the required criteria can send a filled prescribed application form along with self-attested supporting documents to the address: The District Judge, Balangir, At – Civil Courts, Purunagarh, Balangir (Patnagarh Road), PO/District – Balangir, Odisha – 767001 on or before 18/06/2025 (05:00 PM) by Speed post/Registered post. The candidates may also drop their application form on the “Appication Drop Box” kept inside the Civil Court Campus, Balangir.

Note – The application should be superscribed the name of the post in Bold Letter on the top of the envelope.

Self attested copy of Medical certificate showing the percentage of physical disability issued by the appropriate authority duly attested by a Gazetted Officer with signature of the candidates thereon in respect of physically/orthopedically handicapped candidate only.
Self-attested copy of caste certificate issued by the competent authority in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC Categories.
Self attested copy of Employment Exchange Registration certificate.
