The Department of District Planning and Monitoring Unit, Sambalpur is looking for people to work as an Aspirational Block Fellow in Naktideul Block of Sambalpur district under the Aspirational Block Programme, NITI Ayog, Govt of India.
The primary objective of the selected candidate will be as follows:
- Assist Block level officials in designing and implementing strategies for accelerated development across ABP thematic areas.
- Facilitate data-driven planning to ensure optimal resource allocation & utilization.
- Strengthen monitoring & evaluation mechanisms to track progress effectively.
- Foster greater community engagement and participation in development initiatives.
- Empower local stakeholders with knowledge, skills, and capacity building.

- Salary – Rs 55,000 per month plus a maximum of Rs 5,000 per month travel allowance
- Tenure – 01 years or as desired by NITI Ayog

Other Qualifications
- Should have data analysis and presentation skills.

Selection Process
