Educational Qualification for Guest Teacher Recruitment
The educational qualifications for the subject Teacher position are as follows:
- For Classes XI to XII – The candidates should have passed P.G. in Subject Concerned with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with B.Ed.
Note – Preference will be given to retired teachers and candidates with teaching experience. First preference will be given to the candidates of Sambalpur district.
Salary for Guest Teacher Recruitment
The selected candidates as Guest teachers will get Rs 400 per class/period and not exceeding Rs 16,000 per month.

The maximum age of the candidates at the time of engagement should be 62 years and the retired teacher should be 65 years.

The selection will be done based on career weightage, Teaching Experience, and performance in the Interview. The division of marks is as follows:
–> 50% Career Weightage – 50 marks which will be divided as follows:
- 1st division – 50 Marks
- 2nd division (with minimum 50% marks) – 30 marks
–> 30% Teaching Experience – 30 marks which will be divided as follows:
- 1 year – 10 marks
- 2 years – 20 marks and
- 3 years and above – 30 marks.
