The Department of Office of the Panchayat Samiti, Kankadahad is inviting applications from interested candidates for engagement of Aspirational Block Fellow in Kankadahad Block of Dhenkanal district under the Aspirational Block Programme, NITI Ayog, Govt of India.

Educational Qualification – Post Graduation/MA in any discipline (Preference will be given to the candidates who have completed higher education in the Development/Rural stream i.e. Geography, Economics, Sociology, MARD, MSW, PGDRD etc.)

Salary – Rs 55,000 per month plus a maximum of Rs 5,000 per month travel allowance
Tenure – 01 years or as desired by NITI Ayog

Other Qualifications

Should have data analysis and presentation skills.
Should have the knowledge to use Social Media.
Must possess project management skills.
Experience of working/internship in a Development Organization.
Should have good communication skills.
Knowledge of the local language of the respective block.
Basic computer skills such as PGDCA/DCA.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on Career Marks, Computer Tests, and Viva Voice which will be of a total of 100 marks.

–> Career Marks – 30 marks which will be divided as follows:

10th exam – 05 marks
12th exam – 05 marks
Graduate with Hons./Graduate with Distinction – 05 marks
Graduation (Hons.) with Distinction – 05 marks
Post Graduation – 10 marks

–> Experience in any other sectors/other professional course/Training related to Development Studies/Sectors in the District– 10 marks

–> Computer Knowledge having not less than PGDCA Degree – 10 marks

–> Computer Test – 30 marks which will be divided as follows:

One Paragraph/Letter writing using word – 10 marks
Creation of Table using Excel – 10 marks
Creation of PPT – 10 marks

–> Viva Voice – 20 marks
