Educational Qualification for Counselor, Mobile Blood Collection Van Post
The candidates should have passed a bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Sociology/Human Development/Anthropology from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
OR
passed Master’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Sociology/Human Development/Anthropology/Public Administration from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 55% marks.
Experience Required for Counselor, Mobile Blood Collection Van Post
The candidates should have a Minimum of 02 Years of Post post-qualification experience in the health or social sector.
Salary for Counselor, Mobile Blood Collection Van Post
The selected candidates will get a base remuneration of Rs 20,745 per month + Other allowances as per PIP.

Selection Process
The selection will be done based on performance in the different recruitment stages which are as follows:
- Stage I – Written Test – 60 marks (MCQ)
- Stage II – Viva Test – 40 marks
Note: Candidates who will secure 50% or more marks in the written test will be called to appear in the Viva test.

The following documents need to be attached to the application form:
- Self-attested photocopy of all certificates and Mark sheets.
- Self-attested photocopy of 10th certificate and mark sheet for age proof.
- Self-attested photocopy of Work certificate, date of joining, and date of retrenchment from the project (in case of candidates who are availing benefits or previous projects etc.).
- Self-attested photocopy of the Service Continuation/Experience Certificate and NOC certificate from the appointing authority along with the last 03 years’ PAR remarks (in case working and continuing under OSH & FW Society).
- 02 attested passport-size color photographs to be submitted along with the application.
