Vacancy Details for PGT Physics & Mathematics Post
The details are as follows:
Educational Qualification
The candidates should have the following qualifications:
- 02 years Integrated Post Graduate Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT or any other NCTE recognized subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. Degree.
- Proficiency in teaching in Hindi & English medium.
Note: A B.Ed. degree is not required for candidates who have undergone a four-year integrated degree course at the Regional College of Education of NCERT or another NCTE-recognized institution.
Desirable Qualification
- Teaching experience in a similar capacity in a recognized school.
- Experience working in a residential school.
- Knowledge of computer applications.
- Knowledge of regional languages.
Service Condition
- The selected candidates will get a consolidated monthly salary of Rs 35,750 per month.
- The selected candidates will have free boarding & lodging facilities.
- The tenure of contract appointment will be for a period of up to 30/04/2025 or till the regular incumbent joins whichever is earlier.
Age Limit
The maximum age of the candidates should be 50 years and for Ex-NVS Teachers the maximum age should be 65 years as of 01/07/2024.

The details are as follows:
Educational Qualification
The candidates should have the following qualifications:
-> 04 years Integrated Degree Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT or any other NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in aggregate.
OR
Bachelor’s Honors Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects as well as in aggregate. The candidate should have studied the requisite subjects in all three years of degree course.
–> Passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE by the Guidelines framed by the NCTE.
–> B.Ed. Degree.
–> Skills to teach through English & Odia.
Note: A B.Ed. degree is not required for candidates who have undergone a 04 years integrated degree course at the Regional College of Education of NCERT or another NCTE-recognized institution.
