Terms and Conditions of Guest Teachers Recruitment
- The candidates must be an Indian citizen.
- After selecting as one of the Guest Teachers, the candidates can take a maximum of 40 classes in a month.
- After selection, he/she would have no right to claim for appointment regularly nor he/she will be a part of the cadre of teachers of the SSD Department.
- The Guest Teacher’s engagement will automatically end once a regular/contractual teacher is appointed/engaged or when the appropriate authority decides.
- Working hours and period duration of the selected candidates as a Guest Teacher will be as per the school timetable.
- The performance of the selected candidate as a Guest Teacher will be reviewed regularly. If any teacher is found to be non-performing or engaged in activities leading to misconduct, he/she will be terminated by the appropriate authority under intimation to the District Welfare Officer, Keonjhar.
